The Emmanuel Community organizes different activities in parishes including missions, prayer groups, retreats for the youth, young adults and families.

In New York City, the Emmanuel Community has lead prayer groups at NYU Chapel and Old Saint Patrick's Cathedral, a school of adoration at Saint Malachy's Churhc, an ALPHA course at NYU Chapel, and helped the Columbia University students set up their current prayer group at Notre Dame Church.

In the New York area, the Emmanuel Community has also organized youth forums in Newark, NJ (2003, 2004) and Latrobe, PA (2002), street evangelization missions at Old Saint Patrick's Cathedral (2003) and Saint Malachy's Church, the "Actors' Chapel" (2005) on Broadway.

Elsewhere in the United States and Canada, Love & Truth seminars were given in Latrobe, PA (2005). Other activities were conducted in Atlanta, GA, Boston, MA, Montreal, QC, Quevec, QC, Reston, VA, Saint Paul, MN, San Francisco, CA, and Toronto.
